Basic steps
Before consulting the Citrix KB articles or resources, make sure the issue you have is Citrix related. There are some basis steps to determine:
- Does the same issue happens on the console of the Citrix server also (e.a in case of an application failure)?
- Does the same issue happens with RDP/TSRemoteApp?
- Does the version of the ICA Client/Online Plugin influences the behaviour?
